Vendor Information for the Master Claus Academy 2025
We’re thrilled to welcome a limited number of approved vendors to the 2025 Master Claus Academy! This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services to a passionate audience of Claus performers from across the country.
Vendor Details
Workshop Location Vendors:
Registered students can set up at the workshop location for just a $25 vendor fee.
Host Hotel Vendors
Vendors who are not registered students can set up at the host hotel meeting room for a $50 vendor fee per table.
Photographer Setup: Our photographer will have a separate, dedicated space to ensure a smooth experience for photo sessions.
No Swap Meet Table: While the workshop will not feature a swap meet table, we may arrange one in the gathering space at the host hotel.

Submit your vendor application for approval at Vendor Application Form.
Once approved, we will provide additional details about setup and logistics.
